The Justices' Role in the Supreme Court
The justices need to keep in mind that when you're talking about their institution, there's multiple ways to maintain its credibility. A big chunk of the attacks on the courts legitimacy has to do with sort of Ian, Millheiser, whatever that guy's name is. Biden was smart to come out swinging at the court because it's an argument for his reelection. The polling is pretty solidly against racial stuff. And California, so like the idea that somehow this isn't going to be more ambiguous as a matter of larger public opinion, I think is ridiculous.
