The Double Consciousness of Moses

Moses is going to wind up marrying within the family of Abraham. The whole story is very reminiscent of Jacob, isn't it? There's some patterns here that we need to be aware of and notice. It again develops what I was suggesting earlier: Moses is this bridge between what the Lord does with the ark and what he is about to do with the people of Israel.
