The Prisoner's Dilemma

When you say a newt going off, that does not sound like a US nuke going off. There's nukes all over the world. You think if one goes off or at least the thought process would be if one went off, regardless of the country of origin, everyone runs to the negotiating table. That's Mirshimer's sort of base argument. I don't think he's saying it will work. I think he's says is that could work. Because basically that's the prisoner's dilemma. It means that everyone is absolutely the prisoner's dilemmas. The only one who had a taste for war in Ukraine was the U.S., and they were trying to
