i record a race on my heart ray monitor, and we can log on to t b and then kind o like valuate. And then try to whip my coach, try to simulate some of that stuff outside the car. I also love try ot ans. That's my an so between those two, we'll try to simulate what's going on. By training for the race the indy five hundredyo, you are putting some limits on your trithon a progress. But honestly, it's not a very healthy way to do it.
