A lot of people don't actually want democracy. And when that's the case, what does even matter? So we're looking for actionable things that can help in all these different areas. The other thing is ranked choice voting is a great example. Running years ago was hardly used anywhere. We're having to use it in a bunch of places. Because of local control, you can have some democratic experimentation. Seattle is doing that now. They're considering it in other places.
