Ishak: It's difficult to evaluate that it was this strong table on the last Thursday in Washington actually. There was a discussion there between the World Bank and China and the debtors was there. I mean, you hear different things from different people, but basically the Chinese came in asking for the MDBs to take a haircut. We're not seeing it even though again, there was a lot of positive momentum coming out of the spring meetings.
