You don't have to be Martha Stewart in the kitchen to cook. I usually will tell my clients to like rank their meals that they like by how much executive function it takes them. There was probably some meals that don't require a lot of brain effort for you or things like I've made so many times that they're very low executive function for me and I love those meals. That's not every single day of the week and that's totally okay.
