Is There a Timeline in the Lesson?
If it's not reabsorbed and if it's not analyzed or at least looked at and considered value or non-value because just in the process of the learning doesn't mean the lesson had to have value. Something comes up and somebody reports something and said, hey, we learned this. And then it goes up a chain or goes sideways and somebody says, yeah, that's not really a thing. It's nothing that the organization has to worry about. That shows that one, there's credibility in the system that somebody's looking at items versus just throwing it into a database and not worrying about the consequence.
