The FBI has arrested and charged a couple in Maryland with hatching a plot to attack power substations. The man was the founder of this thing called the Atamwaffeine Division, meaning atomic warfare. It's one of the most violent and dangerous neo-Nazi groups in the country. They had figured would bring the whole city, if it crashed the city's electric supply and bring the city to the hall.
