The Myth of Fentanyl

There is, it is very real that there is fentanyl in other drugs. Fentanyl is usually a powder, a white powder. Other white powders are much more susceptible to have fentanyl in them and not be detected. So broadly it's helpful for me to think about like the stimulant and fentanyl co mingling situation in terms of buckets. One big bucket is intentional consumption and the other is unintentional so within intentional use. All this is very difficult to quantify because we don't do a ton of research with people who sell drugs. But the other last bucket is like this intentional lacing. It's like malicious. I'm going to add fentanyl secretly to this supply. We've heard anecdotes
