Critical Race Theory - Is This a Guilt by Association Argument?

CNN's John Sutter looks at a thread on Twitter in which someone appears to be advocating critical race theory. He asks, is this an affirmation of white nationalism or an ideology like that? Or is this just a reducto ad absurdum? Neil Shenvie jumped right into the debate and said we should oppose these ideas no matter where they're coming from for the health of the church.
