The Rise and Fall of Chat Rooms

Teenager was attacked in an alleyway on Goose Green, Manchester. The victim's heart stopped twice as surgeons removed his gallbladder. He emerged from the operation in a critical condition and taken to intensive care unit. Police put out a public appeal to identify the suspect but no motive has yet been established.
