Is There a Gender Pay Gap?

There has been an active debate in a lot of literature about whether there even is a ginder bake pay gap at this point. For the most part, if you look at men and women holistically, there is about a 15 to 18 % difference in wages over all. But as they grow higher in levels, especially in the more executive suite, we do see that percentage come down significantly.
