Trump and the Cuban Working Class

After the election, there was a lot of criticism of the white working class for supporting Trump and that they seem to be functioning kind of as a racial group. And I think that people were trading in the politics of contempt. They went for these largely boutique identitarian values rather than being concerned with the typical distresses of daily existence that most people live with.
