If you want to be a teacher in your country, just become good at english speaking. You don't need any degree or anything like that. A one is where you are fully fluent and a two is almost a native. I generally think of high intermediate, b two as kind of basic fluency. There's no reason to get upset about not being able to speak spanish properly.
