I think hallucination is one of the major reasons why people especially businesses don't use charge PT directly. I would say the hallucination issue is a fundamental flaw for large-level models. And I actually think it's a fundamental flaw in human mind as well. So humans sometimes do a lot of like bullshitting as well. In areas like marketing and for example entertainment, people are more like okay to have these hallucinations sometimes as a matter of hallucinations controlled. But in areas like medical as you say medical law and all these kind of very serious domains probably this is going to be a bigger issue.
