How to Find the Right Jobs at AI Conferences?

I don't think that there's any clear algorithm for this, but talking to people in the area and reading some of the literature is definitely something you should do. You should look at what sorts of job opportunities are available and cast a fairly broad net because you don't necessarily know what's going to strike your interest until you stumble upon that opportunity. And networking is also super helpful. So yeah, I don't think there's a single algorithm, but networking and reading more of the literature and looking at job postings are all good things to do.
