How to Train Rest Paws Correctly
There are certain exercises you should never apply the rest paws method to, such as squats and dead lifts. I would also stay away from using rest paws with bent over bar bell rows, because it's too taxing on the lower back. You can perform exercises like bar bell and dumb bell bench presses, but i highly recommend using a power rack and spotter.
