This morning I had lots of thoughts and feelings that were uncomfortable. So while my car was parked, I quickly did a very quick version of dropping anchor. By the third round, I was much more calm, both in feeling and thought. The nice thing about this is that you can practice it no matter what your emotional weather. You don't have to wait till the storm blows up.
