The Importance of Science in Leadership Development

What drove you to do research on neuroleadership? I was doing a little bit of research around and kind of the research ended up really taking over my world. What we found is if you're trying to do leadership development with top people, you really need science. You need really robust science to be able to create any kind of behavior change. And then once you're in the door, it's really useful to talk in terms of really hard facts about any leadership activity.
