The CARES Act and the FDA
In the United States, sunscreens are regulated as drugs. So they need to go through the FDA screen and that's unusual compared to other countries. In Europe with this new act, they'll be able to speed their FDA approval process so that they might be able to bring a new sunscreen to market. We could see this in America soon.
