The app has gotten a lot of positive response from teachers and even some parents. It's almost like there is this audio element to it that's almost Pavlovian. And so if a teacher presses a button on their phone and you hear the sort of disappointed points being deducted noise, everyone goes quiet because I'm not sure who got told off. One study says while behavior might have improved, actually the students were less interested and less motivated in the class overall.
