Do You Think That Threshold Is a Good Level to Go At?

I think that the advice of going easy enough on easy days is something that most listeners hopefully by now will be very familiar with but perhaps the thing that you do more differently than many others is the control in the intense sessions. I know that's a different view on that one, for us to develop the threshold especially in the bike and the run is about develop the highest power output or pace you can keep at the time where we still have an aerobic impact as higher. It also comes down to a little bit about the glycogen storage let's say you are a really fast runner and but your threshold pace is 18 kmh and some more or best at least 16kmh.
