The Benefits of Spreading Your Operations Out

All of our active short-term rentals right now are split between two different markets. So that actually was not a conscious decision. And I think it is smart to do the economies of scale. We started in Milwaukee because we knew the area. At the time, we actually didn't know for sure if we wanted to do a long-term or a short-term. It's also a really good midterm market.

Most people take YEARS to buy their first rental property, but most people aren’t Jenni Vega.
