Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis
Most of our listeners will be familiar with the entity known as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis or IPF. Progressive pulmonary fibrosis is a diffuse perincomal lung disease that can be due to a number of specific causes. It's one of these non-IPF interstitial lung diseases where over the course of the preceding 12 months, there's been worsening respiratory symptoms.
