Organizational Equilibrium

Every day is filled with decision making, and that equilibrium state is never your never in a state of equilibrium for for very long. And i also have read one of the first books when i got into the organization studies business, what was karl wike's sense making and organizations. We should have an episode on that book. That's a, ye, hollygote, future, well, if we caun have six on a carnegie melon series, we could probably have a good series going on. Karl wike, who knows. I wonder would it be worth us talking a little bit about organizational equilibrium?
