The SEC's Wealth Notice Could Be the Definitive Case for Cryptocurrency

Coinbase said that it received a wealth notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission. A wealth notice is not a lawsuit, no charges have formally been made. It's basically a letter to a company in this case, Coinbase saying, our staff thinks you're breaking the law.
