You can start learning UX design today. Once the economic climate is more friendly, you can start actually considering doing the jump from your current job to UX design. Some companies will probably not open up spaces for like juniors because they need to grow quickly. But at the same time, with every crisis, as we have seen it in the past, a lot of new startups are like booming and rising. So if you think about it, there will be a space for more opportunities, more markets opening up. And for you, it's good because with this opportunities, you can actually jump on it.
