The only thing moving really fast in outer space is you and any space debris that's around. So the kind of injuries we're used to her, slip fall, impact, those are the least your worries. There's really not any much likelihood of any kind of high velocity impact or trama. And even the shoulder injury in the suit, it's not high velocity, it's just extended strain.
