i love the diversity of thought and opinion, happy and intelligent folks that are not just good at what they do, but have a lot of interest outside of work. When we ask for help, people come running. They're like, how can i help? Can i make things better for you? There's a bise for action. So things move very quickly. I love one of baso's tenets, which is, basically, he has a term called two way doors when it comes to decision making. And there's only a limited amount of brain power that you can use in a day before you get fatigued.
