How to Measure Your Own Creativity

The road is not straightforward there is no one book that you can open up and say I'm going to be in the top 10 percent. It's a lot of hard work and a lot of commitment towards doing what's right how do you measure your own creativity because if you don't know is creativity something you haven't seen before, it'll be very hard for you to know whether you're strong or not. Most managers don't do performance reviews the right way and they don't do feedback the right way so this is where the onus is actually on your manager.
