Iam one of those people who first sometimes will wake up in thik wa, my sweaty. And that has not happened once since i got a chilly sleep. A lot of us will drop anything to go help someone we care about but how often do we give ourselves the same treatment? Maybe some ways you invest in yourself. Tommy, therapy, coaching, self care. Do you coach yourself? No, i don't coach myself. But i do think you have to carve out a little time till in do things you need, like exercise.
