If you ask yourself these questions, then you can start to see that you operate according to some patterns over and over around this particular theme. And try to notice how answering these questions will help you to sort of understand a little bit of a theme in your life. So let me just give you an example of one that would be common for, you know, social phobia. You know, I wish to be given love and attention. I expect that I will be rejected, humiliated, and criticized. That is going to make me feel shameful, sad, bad about myself, anxious, right? Then what will I then do in response? I'm going to avoid people, right?
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
