The first chapter in my book is about writers. Because if women are not allowed to write their own history, then we will vanish. So let's just put all of us back. That's so fascinating. I always think about Antonio Fraser when she wrote a book about 17th century women. People thought that, as you said, women were doing nothing. And so, but why have women been left out of history? Well, I mean, Seabagtburg is amazing."
Powerful women have too often been overlooked by history. Of course we know about Boudica, Cleopatra, Elizabeth I and Catherine the Great. But there are many others whose stories are just as dramatic and deserve to be better known.
