In order to even be deluded about having a language, you'd need to have a language in which to be deluded. Descartes was criticized because it's a kind of solipsism or some people, if you're oddly enough criticized like a bucket individualism or an individualism. But that's why I like Persa's argument so much is because it does assume that there was this thing beforehand.
