How to Write a Deal Memo for Venture Capitalists
You should do both You should write a deal memo and you can look up YouTube's deal memo that's the internal document written by venture capitalists to their other partners in the firm. If you have each of those available, you're gonna look really sophisticated so if you say to a VC I've got three choices for you I could bring you through my dad I could do a product demo a live product demo or I have the deal memo. We could just read the deal memo right now together and just take two minutes to read it It's a two or three minute read and then we can have a discussion about your startup.
