Gratitude Practice

i really enjoy big picture thinking. Give me one small ide and i'll take it and run with it. But a gratitude practice that never gets off the ground isn't a practice at all. Instead of committing to writing five handwritten thankong notes each day, instead sent one email thanking a member of her team for a contribution they made in the past week. It was big enough to have an impact, but small enough to actually happen. This is one air where you know what, it's ok to think small, to go small and to do it small.
