And being willing to face down the barrel of it is the only way around fears through it. It might feel like they're anxious 24-7 but in reality, there might be 30 seconds, even every hour, where they're not anxious. These feelings are temporary states. They sometimes feel like they’re permanent when we're feeling badly. At some point, it will end. You will own it.
