Agostina: We've exchanged invisibility for money and that we are preferring not to care about anyone else if by chance we get millionaires tomorrow morning. Emmanuel: Buenos Aires is leading the climate agenda in the region in South America, our commitment with that is clear to becoming carbon neutral city by 2050. Agostina: I think 70% of all energy consumption comes from the city and 60% of all degree house gas emissions also are produced by the cities.
