It's almost always the problem in big companies when you try to start something new. The cost structure is so crazy in a lot of these big media companies, they can't see outside of it. There are two moments in that episode that kind of gave me chills. And I think the entire design community on Twitter was having some form of PTSD of having somebody across the Zoom say, this is shit.
