What Are They Doing About Pay Equity?
In Australia companies over a certain size have to produce an annual report on pay and promotion equity. I do typically go through those reports before I say yes to a company but it's really hard to fight if they haven't made any progress on it. You can also just make a job offer to yourself and go start your own thing which is exactly what I didyes.
