The idea of creating a team to do something is sort of hard to think about. What i've used in the past is trello for this. Ibiased, i know, but isactill great for organizing one ofus. One of the things that can happen on a small team is one an will have a great idea and expect someone else to implement that idea. That's frustrating for everyone.
