How Long Do You Want to Respond?
In an ideal, ideal, ideal world, we're talking about four weeks from hire to calling a spade a spade if it was the wrong fit. That would be about the upper limit. I think you do better than that still, but you really do need to move very fast. If someone doesn't respond to your feedback and they're not improving, I think you need to just part ways really rapidly.
