What Is Mental Illness?

There's roughly the same amount of mental illness all over the world. There are certain outliers, but generally speaking, what we see is that mental illness may manifest in a culturally sensitive way. If you look at all the numbers, they tend to look about the same. We're not talking about rates that are 70 % in one culture and eight% in another Culture.
