How to Avoid a Recession in the Equity Market

The markets are going to start pricing it in way before we're actually looking at a trough or a recession. So I guess my playbook would be to use any bounces, any relief rallies and start averaging into some more defensive positions. The S&P almost got back to the pre-pandemic high from February 2020, was about 3,400 or so when we were at those lows in October. That's what kind of guys getting to.
