Is the Sabbath a Covenant, a Perpetual Covenant?

Is Sabbath observance on a Saturday applicable to Christians today? Do we need to observe it in the Jewish manner, or do we not? If you are Jewish, I think the answer is pretty obvious that you have this heritage from the Lord as a Jewish believer. And so, there are different approaches and answers to that question depending on the church environment that you're in.
