Is There a Tipping Point on Vulnerability Leadership?

Many organizations technically have a probationary period of 90 days. In reality, unless you fall very flat on your face, once you're hired, you're in most organizations. So i think perhaps companies need t be a little tougher about the fact that this actually is a probation. Motions are contagious and they're most contagious from the leader outward. People naturally look to the most powerful person in te group and put most emphasis on what they say and do. And the social circuitrof the brain makes a leader's emotions highly, highly contagious.
