Russia Still Gets Some Revenue From Oil
Russia is still managing to sell its oil at a discount to shadow markets and so on. Europe did not want to cut off its imports of Russian petroleum. A lot of this Russian crude is getting exported to India. And Europe is fairly happy to turn a blind eye to that because it wants Chico refined products, gasoline and diesel.
