In two thousand 15. It was really difficult to access, to do market research and access customers. Didn't have communities or social networks or things like that. The sales team didn't want us to talk to their customers because they thought that they had to own the relationship. Those things were going on. Now we are in 20 22, where all those rules are gone. We have social networks everywhere,. Where betibe buyers know how to use 50, 60 year old sea level executives  all the way down. And i wong to talk through ecause i was there.
