Is Systemic Thrombolysis the Right Thing?
There is a small section on ECMO, what is its utility in cardiac arrest and patients with PE? It can improve outcomes but it needs to be done early. There's a further section on unstable high risk P's which of course can be a really tricky group to manage. So ultimately this is going to be centre dependent and what you have access to. But other centres you've got potential of having thrombectomy or interventional radiology that can enable cut retrieval.
